I'm having a lot of difficulty with creating a TOC that works for me. Please help if you can.

I want it to be like this (the __ are SPACES I am just rushing to get this out before I go to our Missions conference at church tonight)

THE OLD TESTAMENT
__GENESIS
__EXODUS
__LEVITICUS
....
THE NEW TESTAMENT
__MATTHEW
__MARK
__LUKE

I don't need the chapter titles to expand, just the OT and NT headers. But I can't get it to work properly.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Kindle Previewer keeps erroring on this:

Type | Description
-------------------
Error E24011: TOC section scope is not included in the parent chapter: GENESIS
Error E24001: The table of content could not be built.
Status:Book conversion failed

I don't know what to do to fix it.

In other words, the OT and NT are headings with dropdowns for the individual chapters...
