TL;DR (and back to topic?)
So what does this mean to someone like me who bought his Kobo device from Walmart? So far, I still see the Walmart splash screen when I reboot the device. I wish it were Kobo, I wish there was a way to change it so that I won't have to redo it every firmware update.
