Kobo Nia USBnet outdated drivers, where to get latest?

Hi, I am trying to set up USBnet on my Nia with the latest firmware version.I am a noob so i know very little about anything. I know it is possible because Szybet's Inkbox OS had Usbnet and I tried it at one point. I tried NiJule's KoboStuff USBnet.sh, and yingtongli's tutorial https://www.yingtongli.me/blog/2018/...elnet-usb.html. I would get error of failed to insert module invalid format OWTTE. Along with file already exists error. Lsmod shows only one module loaded successfully. so I check /drivers/m6xull/usb, only that one module is dated to 2024, the rest are from 2022, at least the ones needed for usbnet. also when icheck /sys/modules i cant find those modules in /drivers. not sure if thats important. When i look at mx6sll driverw for clara etc the drivers for usbnet are dated 2024. what do i do? ultimately i want to do windows rndis
insmod: can't insert '/drivers/mx6ull-ntx/usb/gadget/usb_f_eem.ko': File exists
insmod: can't insert '/drivers/mx6ull-ntx/usb/gadget/u_ether.ko': invalid module format
