Is it still in the Kindle UI, or is it when running KOReader that the crashes happen? If KOReader, it might be running out of memory. You can launch KOReader with the no framework option to free up more memory, which might help prevent or delay crashes. You'll still get the log file when exiting KOReader when doing that, but it's better than crashing.
