I've had a delivery from Amazon that was being sent via post. It was last tracked to be at one of the depots. It never did arrive here. The post never did find it after I put in a complaint.

I've also had another postal order from Amazon that didn't arrive in time. So Amazon once again sent another order. Eventually this order did show up. But that was about 3 weeks late. Amazon said to just keep it.

So my policy is that if anything comes by post and it's late, I'll contact Amazon and get it resent. I don't wait around to see if it shows up. If it doesn't arrive the next day (mail arrives here in the morning), I'll be contacting Amazon.
