Now reading The Dry Heart, by Natalia Ginzburg.

After that, I plan to read The Heart Keeps Faulty Time, a chapbook by Siān Griffiths, just now purchased from Amazon and liberated for any ebook reader I own that I wish to put it on.

The one above will be followed by Ballerina, by Patrick Modiano.
Finished The Dry Heart, by Natalia Ginzburg. A story about a woman trying to find SOMETHING in an uncaring man who is unable to communicate with his wife and can't commit to much of anything. But, of course, it's more than that. I recommend this novel be read by all men who shut down emotionally and to the select category of women who think they can find happiness in such warped men. As a piece of fiction, it's unforgettable. As a slice of life, it's sad.

Now starting Siān Griffiths' chapbook of short stories. I'm not familiar with her work, and I'm quite exited about remedying that situation.
