I’m just curious why you can’t send a picture? Even the most basic cell phones have a camera, many laptops come with one built in, any tablet worth a damn should too.
Seems to me that the issue would have been resolved if you had sent a picture. Which isn’t a wholly unreasonable request they just want to verify it’s the wrong item
