McAffee is the 2nd on my list that I will not allow on any of my systems.

IMHO ANY product that makes it near impossible for the Admin to remove is in itself Malware. This is not to say that it should not protect itself from a drive by with a 'query image' (captcha like).
The Yellow boxed product is #1 on my h*ll-NO list.
