I just released version 2.20.0, mostly to deal with changes in Calibre 8. The individual changes are:
- Use Calibre 8's database handling if available to prevent potential data loss on some filesystems
- Don't show driver switching option in Calibre 8 since it is no longer necessary
- Fixed bug that prevented some options from showing up in the Upload Covers dialog
- Fixed long-standing bug that prevented the "Remove Annotation Files" feature from working
- Made debug logging more consistent
