What is the send to kindle website? I have both epub and azw3 formats on calibre.

Only format that supports covers on newer Kindles is .kfx. If you use their app .epub and any other format will be converted to .kfx. Often this comes with quality problems regarding images and covers. You can also convert files to .kfx format yourself. If they're converted via 'personal document' tag, covers and thumbnails will show in the Kindle when they are sideloaded.
