I've never owned a Libra 2 so can't do a direct comparison, but the Touch HD 3 (which, I believe, has the same screen as the Verse Pro) has a sharp, clear screen. The fonts that come with the HD 3 aren't as dark as I would like them, but I use the Constantia font (on every reader) and it's good and dark on the HD 3.
