Mielibro, a
Spanish company, has launched the
iLiber, a 6-inch ebook reader with support for Adobe Digital Editions ePub and PDF, with and without DRM, as well as the typical ebook formats: Mobipocket without DRM, html, fb2, rtf, pdf, jpg.
The reader appears to be based on a standard Netronix HW platform with a custom firmware. They are selling the device starting May, 15th.
The advance purchase price is €220, which includes Spanish translations of 100 classic novels. They also have a bookstore, which only includes Spanish books so it may not be very interesting to non-Spanish readers.
