desktop-chrome: I use an extension that highlights every 4 or so words in chrome browser

Reading-ipad-tool: I use a page turner: press the remote button and it turns to the next page in kindle on ipad

Request: To use the extension "word skipper highlighter" with remote page turner in kindle, so I can speed read.

Goal-I set up the page turner to click on extension (highlight next word) and it bounces from top to bottom highlighting every 4th word, then turns the page and repeats.

Does anyone know how to add this to kindle? So far I have only found the solution to be using teamviewer and sending my desktop screen to my ipad, this causes the text to be super small and I would like to add an "extension" over my kindle app. Does anyone know how to make this?
