Don't use DMZ for a start. That is for outside access!
You don't need any settings on router, except disable "WiFi Isolation" if the server is on WiFi. It ought to be on ethernet.
Open a terminal/console window on other than the server and
ping 192.168.1.100
If that doesn't work on your LAN the "server" isn't really 192.168.1.100 or has two interfaces.
