Unable to connect to server from any device

This is maddening. I am running windows 11. I have calibre 7.26.0. I activated the content server and put it on port 8083. I don't want to have access outside my home wifi network, just inside. I can connect to the server with a browser on the PC itself but with any other device on my home network, "The site can't be reached". Looking at the logs in calibre, it says the content server is listening on 192.168.1.100 port 8083 by http. I have turned off my PC firewall and antivirus but this didn't help. My PC is in a DMZ inside my home network so shouldn't be blocked off by my home router. I have also tried placing the devices I want to connect to it with in my DMZ as well. Nothing is working. How do I set this up so I can access my calibre content AT HOME ON MY LOCAL NETWORK? I don't care about WAN access.
