Can Calibre Show the Scroll Bars Permanently
I am setting up Calibre on a new Macbook. I have over ten thousand ebooks and quite a few columns in the main layout so it's impossible to navigate without the vertical and horizontal scroll bars.

Is there a setting to show them permanently? I have googled the question and google says there should be one in Preferences/Look & Feel but i can't find one.
