Before I make this change I would appreciate others chipping in. As an English speaker I have no issue with the current behaviour and know nothing about using calibre to manage books in other languages.

Is it conceivable that someone still uses FantasticFiction to grab metadata for their German or other foreign translation (where they will want that Language tag to still say that) of the book in order to get a description/cover? Or would they only ever use FF for English books?
