I'm seeking the firmware image for a Kobo N249 Clara HD. My e-reader is stuck in a 'Restoring' boot loop, and attempts to charge and power cycle haven't worked. Please provide the instructions for flashing the image as well. (I have access to both Mac and Linux systems.)
