The most important thing is to not allow the behaviour. Best idea is to pick up kitty by scruff of neck, put on floor and ignore. This worked great for me when my kitty tried to disembowel my arm like he did hubby's. Now we have a small spray bottle which I shake if kitty tries to nip me. He gets down quickly if I shake the bottle. Only hubby gets bit now, I just get nips.

I think if Hubby had stopped with the aggressive play when kitty was small we wouldn't have any issues with him now.
