Well I tried waiting 24 hours without trying to download any metadata and then requested the download for just this one book and got the exact same error as before. I would think 24 hours should be enough time to waste.

The second implies there are no configured (in Get Metadata) sites or your Id's (eg ISBN) has the wrong / mismatched data.

To the best of my knowledge I've configured appropriate sites (see attached screen shot). I'm not sure what else to configure.
