Epub conversion security issues and privacy-breaching behaviorsremove external links)
Since epub is html based publishing, I realize someone could (theoretically) leverage html practices that bring up (for the epub viewer device) potential security issues and privacy-breaching behaviors like web beacons, csrf, and xshm (for examples).

Is there anyway Calibre's conversion mechanism can be used to redirect links for external (internet locations) to safer options such as "about:blank" or perhaps (if added to some future version) some calibre default safe alternative?
