In the next release of KFX Input I will add an indication in the conversion log to make it clear when the removal of approximate page numbers has been done.
Got the book again and converted the KFX to EPUB and it has page numbers. So something weird was going on with the last copy on my Kindle. Animal Farm I think we can chalk up to it being an Amazon issue. Thanks for your support!
