No, you misunderstand. There is almost everything. But you choose.
It's a general purpose Android tablet with a no glare, no shine, no reflection, eye friendly screen. It's not a dedicated PDF + Notes like reMarkable, Scribe or Sony DPT.
The off-line privacy enabled settings of Gboard handwriting allow using any text editor.
