The export of the highlights and notes creates an html flie that starts with a blob, with type `x-pocketbook-dbdump'.

I guess this a dump from a SQLite database with the notes/highlights.

How can this blob be read? I tried to decode with base64, but this is not the right decoding format. Any help is appreciated!
