After you make your purchase on Kobo, you head off to Kobo's price match which is handled by Zendesk (customer service provider). You can use https://www.kobo.com/p/pricematch-about and click on the Fill Out Form button.

You can also use the direct URL for the form. For me, the URL is https://pricematchrakutenkobo.zendes...s/requests/new which I have bookmarked for some odd reason.

This thread seems to be trying to set a record for drifting off topic since D&T dropped dead.
