I will weigh in. Everyone has different experiences. I live in Kentucky. I have used Amazon Prime for at least 15 years. (or a long time...) Most of the Amazon deliveries used to be from UPS. Then UPS handing off to USPS. Then mostly, USPS. Now, there is a local Amazon Distribution center near us, so we get Amazon drivers.

Amazon deliveries have almost always been on time, and if not, it was delays from USPS.

All deliveries have been made to my front porch (which sets well off the road), unless by USPS and it can fit in mail box.

In my area, UPS is the most dependable, then FEDEX, then USPS. Amazon delivery is still new here.

Thankfully, ALL carriers have taken care to place on porch, out of weather, and no mis-handling of packages.

Just wanted to give a different take. Wish everyone got better service.
