We have a big player that has a program that's ePub2. The version of RMSDK Kobo is using old and possibly equivalent to some version ADE 3.

Yes I know that KePub is ePub3 friendly. But many people don't know all of this ePub2 vs ePub3. They just put the book on the Kobo and want to read it. They don't use calibre to convert to KePub. ePub3 eBooks should be as backwards compatible with ePub2 as possible.
