I don't disagree that some employees are treated badly by their employers. But that doesn't give them justification for kicking that particular can down the road. Work ethic is work ethic. If you (rhetorical) have a bad one, that's on you. 100 percent. Millions of employees with terrible employers manage to perform their jobs admirably every day.
