In my neck of the woods, UPS and FedEx treat packages much worse than Amazon. Amazon reads my signs and places packages inside on the porch. UPS and FedEx walk up from the road and lob packages over the railing of my deck from about 5 feet away. Or toss it in a snow drift by the mailbox down the road.

I blame the drivers exclusively. No matter who they work for, there's no excuse for shoddy performance. Do your job right for you.
