Amazon - Earths most customer centric company - in action!

We all know Amazon like to think they are the worlds most customer centric company (we may think differently now), I saw it in action today -

I have CCTV at home and the side camera covers not only our property but with our neighbours consent it also covers their front door. Well they had an Amazon delivery today and I just so happened to be checking our CCTV (looking for the cat) when Amazon delivered two parcels for them, one in a paper bag, one in a box, the delivery driver chucks the paper bag down first, kicks it to the side, chucks the box on top, then kicks both of them to the side a bit more, rings the doorbell and walks off. Now I don't know what was delivered but I did see our neighbour shaking the box.

Well done Amazon, well done, that's some first class customer service!

I don't actually blame the driver as much as Amazon because I've heard (like most of us) how bad Amazon is to work for and what sort of pressure their employees are under.

The question is how long can a company carry on like this before it implodes? Or is it just too big for that now?

What do you all think?
