I would change the column Header names to MS and B2,and then create corresponding virtual columns (Column built from other columns) with long header names and simple templates e.g. "Mis Comentarios" with Template {lookup name for MS} that I'd use in Book Details. Example:
In the Book list the CL column is represented as a checklist icon, behind it is a link to a Onenote page, the link label is what I see in Book details and what I 'click' to open the checklist.
