For the epub I pressed the Edit Book Button > Tools > Table of Contents to get a window Edit the ToC in "the book name". If I edit the chapter titles, save, convert to kepub and send to my Kobo, I get a book with the title changed but not the header.

Am I more or less do it right this way, in which case I'll have to investigate what I'm doing wrong or is this not the way to do it?
