Having uploaded a KFX book from my Kindle into Calibre and added KFX Input and De-DRM plugins I still getting an error saying that the file I am trying to convert is locked by DRM
I have attached the log from running Calibre in debug mode. Please advise what I may have done wrong and what I should do next.
