I suppose if we're counting comics, it would be The New 52: Future's End Vol. 1, which I bought just yesterday. But in all honesty I'll probably continue buying comics from Amazon even after the D&T is removed, because their previous acquisition of Comixology simply gives it by far the best selection of Marvel and DC comics available anywhere online (short of piracy), and I don't think there's anywhere else comparable that has an easily-defeated DRM scheme. I'll continue to use HumbleBundle and other resources for not Marvel/DC.
If we're talking about books, it would appear to be Mother of Kings by Poul Anderson. I don't remember why I got that one via Amazon rather than Kobo. Most likely it had a sale price going only on Amazon and I couldn't be bothered to reach out to Kobo for a price match.
