Requesting latest firmware image for Kobo N506 Clara 2E. Thanks!

I purchased this Kobo Clara 2E for my wife's birthday via eBay and lo-- it looks like it was some sort of Amazon RMA that someone bought in bulk and then just resold even with the factory packaging. The screen is frozen with some graphical errors and nothing seems to wake it up (long button press, etc).

Next step is to format or replace the SD card and see what happens!
