If it's registered to your account and works on WiFi. Go to my Content & Devices / Books and "send" an existing ebook to the Voyage.
Wait a minute or two and then with WiFi on & connected to your network, do "Sync".

You don't copy the file directly, though it usually has got the title in it. Instead make sure you have the KFX input and deDRM (latest Alpha) plug-ins configured in Calibre (the KFX one has a check box to tick).
Connect the Kindle Voyage to USB and run Calibre. When Calibre isn't busy, select order by Date (newest at top) and then On Device (not the Device column) instead of Library. You'll see the actual Title and Author, not a filename. Right click and Add to Library.
Go back to Library view and adjust meta data etc (Series, collections, subtitle, comments etc which all work with a Kobo). I have conversions remove both line-height and white-space in CSS removal by default. You can then convert to epub (best for backup / edit) and then from epub to anything.
