The current version of the OBOK plugin from NoDRM's site works with calibre 7.26. Download the file from DeDRM_tools_autorelease. Unpack the downloaded .zip file and import the DeDRM and OBOK plugin zip files into calibre. The app will work with the plugin to allow importing purchases into calibre.

OTOH, the OBOK plugin has nothing to do with the ACSM plugin since books downloaded using .acsm files are using Adobe's DRM not Kobo's.
