;tldr - Can I sync from Calibre to multiple nested folder structure in KOReader.

Hi, I'm not sure if this should be in the KOReader section or Calibre, but I think here is slightly more relevant.

I've just jailbroken my Kindle because I hate collections, how they are 1 folder deep only, and how much of a pain it is to manually add things to collections.

As far as I can tell I have two options.

1) try and get the collections plugin working on Calibre, which helps with the automation, potentially but not the one level deep problem

or

2) use KOReader and setup as many wonderful nested folders as I like.

Watching some youtube vids on how to setup KOReader etc, I saw that you can send books over WiFi to my Kindle, and I've tried it and it works. Fantastic!

Now, is it possible to somehow set some folder structure in Calibre, I think maybe with tags or something (I've never used Calibre beyond, Send To Device via USB), and then have them go into folders on KOReader? At the moment I can't find anything on that on MobileRead, YouTube or any Google search.
