As mentioned, I've been running 24H2 since it was in preview and never had any issues with installing or starting calibre. Several people have reported issues with calibre, the majority of which seem to be related to QT and video drivers while quite a few of the others have been with installation issues and a few oddities such as calibre starting on a non-existent second monitor.
