The error is saying that a composite (built from other columns) custom column ended up in the tag browser icon ruleset list. They can't be there. Did you change the type of an existing custom column to "Column built from other columns", probably by deleting then recreating the column? If so then to fix it you need to recreate the column '#added_date' but without reusing the lookup name.
