Adding that word seems unnecessary to me. Putting on my conspiracy theory hat, I wonder whether this is a hint that they may be dropping delivery of books to Kindles that are outside of the 5-year support window at some point. Unlikely, but that added word bothers me. |
I was wondering the same thing. I have an old K4BNT with an aging battery that I've kept around just in case.
I was thinking of attempting to replace the battery (do you really need the hair dryer per the
how-to video???), but I don't want to go to all that trouble and expense if Amazon is going to pull support for it in near future.
