Debian made a change recently (removing six) that broken FFF when used with their bundled Calibre. But I thought fixed it in the current test version.
What is your OS? And are you using official Calibre, or an OS provided build?
Can you run in debug (under Calibre Preferences dropdown), try again and attach the debug log?
