What do we do if our device has firmware 5.16.2.1.1 ?
My entire kindle library disappeared off my device and when I called Amazon support they told me too bad I have to buy a new kindle.
I'm fuming!! I said FORGET THAT! I'm going to jailbrake the doggone device instead.
Which has brought me here. Does this mean that I am unable to jailbreak? No hope for me?
What a waste... they broke my device with their updates and gaslit me talking to me as though I was a child.
Please someone give me hope that this device isn't a brick!
