There are 64bit Atom tablets with Win10 that only run 32 bit Win10. Probably some cheap laptops too.
The BIOS/EFI is 32bit only. However I was able to customise a Debian 64 bit to use 32 bit loader and it installed and ran fine on the Win10 (32 bit) only tablet apart from no rotation of touch.
It seems there was a range of Atoms that Intel "crippled" by only having enough I/O pins for smaller amount of memory so as to not compete with their more expensive CPUs. Unfortunately not enough RAM for sensible running of 64 bit Windows 10.
The 32 bit Win10 hasn't been supported with updates/upgrades for a long while.
There ought to be Linux AMD64 and ARM (Pi and Crostini on ARM Chromebooks if that exists) and ESPECIALLY Mac AMD64 & ARM versions.
Current Crostini on Intel Chromebooks (AMD64) (2023 & later at least) is Debian 12 Linux and the 2023 models are supported till 2031 currently.
