FYI I've been trying different ways. When I add Search/Replace fields to "Preferences --> Conversion --> Output Preferences" there is no replacement after fetching the news into MOBI format. However, that will eliminate the MOBI Table of Contents handling -- it's just like the EPUB long list of links.
If I select "Convert Book" from MOBI to MOBI the search/replace operation works perfectly, but again the MOBI Table of Contents is ruined. The file marked "Original MOBI" works fine without the replacement, the file marked "MOBI" has the replacement with a messed up Table of Contents.
