You can't have two columns to automatically update the plugin. It would cause double entries every time.

As for updating your readings, let me explain how the plugin works:

1) A new record is added to your database every time you change your reading percentage.
2) You already can add multiple entries, for multiple days, manually. Just add them in order. Example: add today your record for monday, then for tuesday, then for wednesday, etc. Change the date/pages first, then the %.

About audiobooks, I don't plan adding a duration entry, but you could use the physical pages and % as a replacement.
