The forecast for tonight was up to 1 inch of snow, changing to sleet and then to freezing rain. Right now (5:15AM EST) we have not quite an inch of snow and, from the sound of it falling through the tree branches, it has already changed over to sleet. The high temperature this afternoon should be near 40°F, so a thin layer of ice shouldn't last very long.
Longer range, we do have some more significant snow lining up for the upcoming week. (It's a good thing February is the shortest month -- it's just about worn out its welcome for me!)
