Maintaining original font sizes

Is there a way when using Calibre to convert other file formats to Sony's .lrf format, to keep the different font sizes found in the original in the output file, so that reference numbers, quoted passages and so forth, maintain their original size, whether smaller or larger? And is there a way to maintain the wider margins in, say, indented quoted passages? I can output files with Calibre most times, but everything is the same size and indent.
