I can see "I take it you have never, never visited Japan?" as being acceptable.
and
"I take it you have never ever visited Japan?"
But "I take it you have never never visited Japan?" isn't
proper grammar. I'm guessing my grammar school teacher would have rapped my knuckles if I used that phrase.
