Hello,

I tried to jailbreak using the old LanguageBreak-16.11.23 method. Something wasn’t working, and I discovered WinterBreak. I followed the procedure, and when I got to configuring the Update_hotfix_universal.bin patch and updating, I noticed the update button was grayed out.

Thinking about it, I realized that before my last reset, I must have disabled OTA updates. So I started following the procedure here: https://kindlemodding.org/jailbreaki...m-a-reset.html

I installed KUAL and then renameOTAbin, but unfortunately, after performing the restore, the update button remains grayed out.

Does anyone have any ideas, please?
